Cancellation
Please give a 48 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. Failure to provide a 48 hour notice of cancellation/reschedule will result in payment of 50% of the scheduled service(s). More than two cancellations/reschedules in a row will result in a 50% (of requested service) non-refundable retainer to re-book.
Late/No-Show
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, this will result in either: 1) Service modification (will need to pay for original requested service) or 2) Rescheduling the appointment and treated as a no-show appointment.
A no-show appointment will result in 100% (of requested service) fee for missed appointment and a 50% (of requested service) non-refundable retainer to re-book.
Facility
Please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment. Due to the limited space and safety hazards, kids, friends, and family members are asked to not come with you to your appointment. Failure to comply could result in rescheduling your appointment.
I understand that we are all human and emergencies come up. I will do my best to adjust and accommodate you.
